    Shift knob.

    Lath Werkz does a sweet black alunimun anodized shift knob and they will do whatever pattern you want. Pattern comes out in the normal alunimun color, not white, but definitely all class.

    You wouldn't have pictures to show why the harness bar is dangerous would you? While I like this solution I feel like it might be just as dangerous since it's putting larger than normal static forces on the seat back.
