The mvs-a is for air cooled applications only. The normal mvs has ports to add water cooling. But has the ports plugged so you don't have to use them.
It makes sense to just get the mvs and if in the future for a race application you wanted to water cool the ewg you could.

So I finally got the new parts installed. GTX3071r and perrin fmic. Made 400hp/410tq on 93oct at 21psi. Really not pushing the turbo into its efficiency range but with the stock bottom end we wanted to stay conservative.
Yeah it's kind of like highlighter yellow. Not sure of the name of the powder but it also has a clear coat over it to really make it pop. The pictures don't do it justice.

Just picked up my new wheels from the powder coater. Rays gram lights 57dr, they were gun blue before the trip to the PC.
Also picked up a perrin fmic and awaiting to hear back on a gtx3071r stock location turbo. So I hope to hit summer with some new power.

6 coats of white...almost considered leaving them white but it seemed like such a pain to clean.

It was a real pain with all the spokes and small spaces. I would spray one coat on the face then the next coat on the sides of the spokes and the lip area between spokes.
