Name's Damien, I'm from Juneau, Alaska. Born and raised. Soooo, I am one of the many that have switched over from the Honda scene....but I still own my Honda (see bottom of this post)

I bought this 06 Aspen White STi with 32,800 miles on it last September (9/17/10) and started my build on it only a few short months ago....we estimate it conservatively at 460-470whp @ 27psi on a mildly built block with lots of alcohol!! New motor has just over 3500 miles on it now. And, we will be pushing it over 500whp @ 35psi soon!! Slowly tuning high boost map. Stay tuned! Any questions feel free to PM me!

buuuuuut below is how she sits as of now... (12/10/11)

woah GT52 dayum suck up anything interesting lately?
*hides 30r in shame*

Only 816cc on the injectors though? Also who modified them? Only place I've heard of so far is witch hunter (just wondering...)

Proabally Perrin 816cc Modified stockers and I have to agree, Thats kinda small for your power numbers. Im running 160cc's on mine. Also, ditch the UTEC, just my opinion, its outdated crap.

These are small. But @ full boost I am running 50% alcohol, 50% fuel. So they are more than efficient sized injectors. The UTEC works great and is easy to tune. Modified stockers work great with the walbro, and perrin rails.

Yes I realized after I posted x_x...element tuning turbo. The 52 part is the flow right?

For a second I had thought there was something bigger than a GT40 (at least for the STi) which would make no logical sense on 816cc injectors. Thats what I get for leaving my brain at home I guess

Still a cool turbo (& car) either way :). Didn't think of the possibility of using a 50-50 alchy for those 816CC injectors either (never experimented with meth/alchy). What the higest duty cycle you get after everythings all said and done?

I am not running a 50/50 alcohol setup. Mine is 80/20 mix alcohol to water. Duty cycle is about 87-92% I believe. I will have to double check. It's been awhile since I datalogged it.

I wouldnt run higher than 80% IDC.

Now that I think about it I think my IDC was like 82% or something. Not sure tho. Its been awhile. With a GT52 (GT30r hybrid) and my injectors, and with 50% of my total fueling being alcohol @ full boost and the other 50% of fueling being sh!tty 91/92 octane. My octane goes up to around 97/98 if you run the numbers. This is a very reliable setup. My friend ran 20K on his with the same setup but @ 38psi max. (570awhp-See goQuality STI on youtube) Mine is the exact same setup basically, but I have a fully built motor. I am only running 35psi which puts me around 540-550awhp on my high boost map. On the daily I run a modest 27psi, which we conservatively estimate to be 460-470awhp we figure with fueling calculations, timing calculations, and drivetrain loss calculations.
