    Pilots are definitely come recommended from the German crowd, Porsche and BMW. Very good option. I've got the pilot sport A/S and they are phenomenal for a daily... surpassing my old continental DW summer tires. I feel they are s very good sport tire with a bit of longevity.

    Rev match for me. I occasionally slam shift (float gears) when my right foot means business. STi transmissions are pretty damn stout (one of the awesome things Subaru put in this car) so it's not like you have to worry about it exploding if you wanna have fun with the car.

    I believe you need to remove the intake manifold in order to get the new factory intake pipe on. I could see no other way when I replaced mine. Though, I used an aftermarket Tomei silicone unit with removable ports so it was easy to slide back in.

    I wouldn't say it's bad but just your 20 psi out from the rest and being on #4 , the problem child, to just keep an eye out. A leak down can pinpoint more readily where a leak is, if there is one. Air coming from the throttle body is intake valves, air out the exhaust is exhaust valves, etc...
