    Torque Wrench?

    I am in need of a quality torque wrench, that does not cost an arm and a leg (Like a Snap-On). I tried a Craftsman, but it was accurate to about +/- 7ft*lb. I was only able to use it on wheels. With this summer coming up, I plan to get down and dirty and save some cash and do a few repairs...
