Hi Remedy247 sorry for the late reply. I manage to solve the boost creep using a new actuator (15psi). Just using the default greddy profec setting i am able to get the desire boost set.
I have also done some fine tuning to the profec boost setting and able to hold 22psi with hi boost setting...
Alin just read your post and man that suck big time. Hopefully mine isn't that bad. If not i have to seach for a new clutch pedal set.
I have double check for leak at the master and slave pump but everything is in good condition. Just gave them a good spray of wd40 on the spring and grease the...
Hello there fellow forum members,
I own an AUSDM 04 wrx sti (blobeye) EJ207 with 60k mileage on it.
My clutch pedal started to squeak every time i press/depress it. Happen when it's cold and when it's warm. Also when it's been driven very long the clutch pedal will not return back and i had...
We are using the tactrix cable. The "tuner" recommend me to reflash/remap using ecutech but i decline the offer since my ecu will be lock and since there isn't any other tuner that are able to use it later if i need to remap it.
Will update once i have install the uprated actuator. Hopefully...
Thanks grinder for your reply. Last night i've tried a MBC. The result is the same. My boost keep rising past my set point 1 bar.
We have narrow the problem down to either my actuator and not the boost controller setting.
This is the graph that i suppose to get if the controller is working...
Shouldn't the graph look like this:
The graph that i'm getting is slowly increasing or creeping where there is no action of the controller to control the boost. This is during lo boost and hi boost setting.
My friend explain to me the graph should reach peak boost/ desire boost level first...
Is it possible for my actuator not holding boost even lo boost? Is there any way to know if my actuator is faulty/ not holding boost.
I went there again the next morning and complain to them regarding this graph and they reset it and i get this result:
That is the low boost. Still creeping...
Hello guys, it's been awhile since i introduce myself. So i'm here again to seek some help in general regarding boost controller.
I just purchase and installed brand new latest GReddy profec boost controller ( installed and setting/tune done by professional tuner all the way from japan )...
Hi i forgot to mention that my car is the AUDM spec so i got top feed injector (pink sti injectors). I got the 2.0L version ej207 for my 2004 sti. We only receive the 2.5L in late 2006-2007 as the hawk eye (ver 9).
Hope this helps.
Hello guys i need some feed back on the DW 300 fuel pump and Bosch 1000cc injectors. Any of you guys have install them on a 2004 sti? Also do i need to install new aftermarket Fuel Pressure Regulator?
Are they any good? I have them from the previous owner brand new still in the box. Still got...
Acorrding to the previous owner it was tuned but he couldn't remember what the power and torque the car have.
I will tune the car once i have install the injector and get the valve seal leak fix. Will post the tune update here.
Regarding the hearders will also confirm once i get it service...
Yes they do got the best of the best such as forge internal semi close deck with big port for AVCS. With those block you can easily archive 24 psi all day without worrying about the block to explode. Also they have the twinscroll and 100 ron gas. Not to mention the large aftermarket scene that...
The only differance that i can think of with the usdm model are the engine capacity. AUDM, JDM and EDM use the 2.0L ej207 until late 2005/2006 while the USDM received the 2.5L ej257 for the blobeye (ver8). We only received ej257 2.5L on the 2006/07 model hawkeye (ver9)
Also the RPM for AUDM and...
According to the dealer the DCCD is set on auto only and it doesn't have the toggle switch button until late 2004 early 2005 which comes as standard on the sti.
Thanks for the warm welcome and a happy new year to you.
