    I removed the Blow off valve and re installed the CAI. No Flutter, you where right about the Blow Off.

    I recently put an AEM Cold Air Intake on, Drove it for a couple weeks with no issues. Installed a GFB Blow Off Valve last night and the CAI starting to make a flutter sound when you let off the throttle. Removed the CAI and the flutter went away.
