2011 STI Cobb Stage 3 EVAP & O2 Won't Ready For Emissions?

I have a full Cobb stage 3 kit + flex fuel, I'm pretty sure O2 won't go no matter what, but I can't get EVAP to ready no matter what I try.

Does anyone know someone who has access to pre-GreenSpeed Cobb software to get them ready, or does anyone have a map where they're forced that they can send me?

I have a pro tune, but he does not have the older software to adjust the tune.

I would go Tactrix but I don't want to pay a marked-up price where it's available, and it's out of stock on their site.
