How do you drive your car daily?

Hey folks! Definitely a noob question here. So I just reached 1500 miles on the STI and I'm really starting to drive it "normally", as opposed to break-in driving.

Do any of you drive in TRAC Mode all day everyday? If so, what are the pros and cons of that? Will it harm the car at all?

Also, how often do you switch to S# mode? I'm usually in S mode when I'm driving around town but I'll switch to I mode when I have to make a long drive to the bay.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Drive the car in any mode. There will be no ill effects.
Traction control disabled, obviously you won't have that with an increased risk of traction loss.
But your not going to break the car. Those things are there to make the car suit your needs.

S# All day till I need the eco on the freeway or at least that's how I fare with the 11 I used to drive.
