So its time to shop for another daily! I replaced my old, automatic 92 Legacy L with a 93 Legacy L 5 speed after poor luck with the 92. Today, I figured I'd check all the fluids just to be sure; to my surprise, smoke is coming out of the oil filler cap and the car was low on oil after only 2k miles. Yay for blown piston rings on two Leggy's! :tdown:
So now I'm car shopping again. Max price range is $3,500, but would prefer to stay in the $2,500-$3,000 range. I would prefer reliability, decent to good in snow, gas mileage, and cheap to maintain/easy to work on, fun/happy to drive (in that order), so I've been looking at Hondas. Any suggestions?
The STi goes back in the shop May 3rd, so I'm not hugely worried, as long as this Leggy doesn't let that ring go before then :lol:
