Fellow PA Autocrosser Checking In

Hey guys, some may know me from NASIOC. Been seeing JJ's posts about the forum and figured I would check it out. My local SCCA chapter is Northeast PA but travel everywhere to autocross, most recently ran the Atlanta National Tour at AMS, Georgia.

I have a 2004 WRX that last season was setup for STX competition. The car did well but still wasn't 100% fully developed at the end of the season. Over the winter I had pretty much come to the conclusion the car would not be competitive in STX against the RX8's and BMW's anymore, which is a shame as the 2.0L WRX was the car to have for a long time. So now I have developed the car a bit more and it is no called in Street Modified currently. This season I am co-driving my old Street Touring Civic Si, but the WRX is still seeing some autocross duty at local events once in a while.

So enough about that some photos and the only video I have this season so far.

And I'll throw in a photo of my old car and the one I am co-driving at National events this season,

welcome welcome! You'll have to come to NC for the 24 HR auto-x (around Charlotte, NC) in september!!

I'm gonna fly down for that and drive with Rex. I hope he has the 04 up and running.

Sweet Action. You looked smooth in the top video. How did you place?

Times in WRX were not scored, but it would have won Street Mod. That was kind of an exhibition/non comp run. My timed laps were in the ST Civic, in which I won ST by .252 and took top PAX by .1 over a DSP BMW.

Well what an awesome event this past weekend. Brand new autocross site for Northeast PA region. We were at Luzerne County Comm College's new police and fire training site. They have a great mini road course setup with an awesome skid pad and open asphalt. Very smooth surface.

The Subaru was brought out to run in the afternoon session. I couldn't be happier with the current handling on the car. It rotates really nice. I would like slightly more front end grip, maybe from a camber increase. Power was also always right there. Very happy with this turbo. I've got a new incar and exterior video for you guys to enjoy as well.
