You can get touch up paint. A clear bra can be installed. I know detailers domain has put some swanky virtually invisible plastic coatings on. You should check some of their past work. I'm sure its not cheap but it looks like great protection!
well it'll probably stop it spreading, but preserve the crack forever. Before something swanky like the coating, i'd probably get a repaint if you're serious.
