Lol I'm not a pro but if you want it done I could play but don't hold me accountable for screwing anything up.

I'm actually going to remove my turbo cartridge from my fp green and do a full port on the intake side of the housing.

Took some time and did a gasket match to the DP gasket as well and a very mild waste gate port job. For some reason my phone didn't save the before pics of the DP gasket match but it was a very small amount of material removed and was more just me smoothing out any rough castings or edges.

Well I pulled the trigger and ordered these today since I already have upgraded engine and transmission mounts. I figure I might as well upgrade the rear differential mounting system since it's one of the last afordable components to upgrade and I would get the subaru clunk quite often. That's of course wh3n my car was running lol.

You're going to actually keep the turbo and do whatever you please with it. Just share with us when you've PnP'ed it! I'll ship it out in the morning.

I'll post pics once I start it I need a new pair of snap ring pliers I broke my last one trying to get my FP apart.

I'm confused are you giving the turbo to me just to practice on and don't want it back? I can send it back to yoh if you want it back it will just be porting it on my spare time.

Oh yeah I picked up another NA manifold and a set of na heads and throttle body for $20 that I'm going to practice porting on as well. I figure if the na heads go well I will port the spare 05 sti heads I have myself then send them off for a valve job.

The turbo is yours! It is now your property! You do whatever you please with it! :fuji:

But, you have to post the before and after pics of the PnP. :D

Ok thanks for the awesome gift! I'll do some before and after pics along with pics comparing the size of the housings to the FP green HTZ so we all can see the intake and exhaust housings next to each other.

HolyCrapItsFast so George if I decided to do a EZ30r throttle body on my build would you still want to tune it? EZ30r TB is a 65mm dbw compared to the 60mm stock sti throttle body.

I'm figuring it might add some powerband but still give better gas mileage then some of these after market 70mm throttle bodies.

So I placed my deposit of $150 and I will owe another $73 on the invoice in mid October after the beam is built. I figured I couldn't pass up the deal of $223 for a beam I've always wanted to purchase for my subaru. It's a 20 and 3/4 pound of weight reduction and still allows original foam shock absorber to be used.

I also have a white line anti lift kit being shipped in the mail as well from sniper bidding on eBay and plan on getting a front sway bar with upgraded links to finish off the suspension mods till I need to replace springs and struts.

Coming home to car parts in a postal bo x after a hard day of work always makes things better.

Sti GTWorks camber plates which are essentially the same as Race Comp Engineering camber plates.

I really can't complain about picking them up for the price of a $104 used.

That's a sweet bumper and car it's attached to. The SHO too...

:)

I hope I get the bumper soon iuts been fully paid for and I'm waiting for it to be shipped.

PS so do you own a sho taurus with the Yamaha designed sho motor in it? I'm only asking because of your name lol.

The oswald performance rear bumper beam came in today and it is a quality piece by the looks of it. I figured this with the stock rear shock foam absorber will help lessen low mph rear end collisions more compared to going JDM style and not having a beam.
