"It is actually an overlay on the stock fog lamp covers with an STI cutout in the middle that has colored film behind. But the fog lights itself have to be modded or you won't get even lighting and also, the stock fog lights will melt any vinyl.
If you have access to a laser cutter, you can do an improved version by cutting out an STI logo using the no-hole STI fog lamp covers, and paste a colored film behind. That would be much more solid product. I couldn't bear to cut my no-hole fog covers up so I went this route instead."
