When you get a chance after you install the new one all I want back is the sensor and the display. Everything else you can trash.

Try the new sensor and keep the one you want to keep. I know there was some question about it's accuracy but I would like to make a comparison first. Maybe leave the old sensor in and record the reading with the new controller and then change out the sensors and record the new reading. I am expecting them to be the same.

Any further progress, George? Started my new job today and hoping to get this rolling on the Carberry rom in the next couple months. Not sure if you're going to offer without it at this point but I'm not really interested in the boost gauge. I'm more of an analog man myself in that regard. I very much like all the fuel gauge features though.

At this point I will not be offering it without the boost gauge. It is actually part of the fail safe strategy. To prevent a bad reading when the line goes empty under load or cavitation occurs, my box records that last known good reading into memory and references that when manifold relative pressure is 10PSI instead of reading directly from the sensor. When you get it you could simply run the ethanol display all the time or have no display at all.
