Fuel pressure setting

Guys, I need some help. I've been looking around and I have not been able to find info to help. I have put new parts on my car and want to make sure it have things set right. I installed new 1050 injectors, Radium fuel rails w/dampers, radium DM fuel pressure regulator, radium fuel pressure gage, and new lines with -6an fittings. I am running a new AEM fuel pump as well. I want to set the fuel pressure to the correct amount, but I have not seen a direct answer. I've seen for "stock" pressure at 43.5 unplugged in to the manifold pressure, as well as 33.5 with it plugged in. Since I have upgraded things, is the amount still considered "stock pressure"? Sorry. I've read so much the last couple days, my brain is mush. Thanks!
