    Hub Centric Rings

I just purchased and fitted some nt03s and ended up going with the +40s so im running the 10mm spacers with extended lug studs.
I was looking at getting some hubcentric rings but not sure if I need to take account the 10mm spacer hub. I purchased the 10mm spacer from mach v. I know the nt03s are 72.6mm and the sti is 56.1mm anyone know if i just need 72.6 to 56.1?

You really want hubcentric spacers. Is that what you have? MachV should know, but they've got a ton of stuff on their website.

It's also super easy to check by yourself:

    1) Take off your wheels & spacers.
    2) See if spacer is completely flat, or has raised center area that fits perfectly into wheel centerbore.

Basically, with a 10mm NON-HUBCENTRIC spacer, you've reduced the hub/bore contact area by 10mm, even if you get a hubcentric ring.

I attached a dumb doodle to explain:

The spacers should be machined to mate the vehicle's hub. In this regard, it would mean they should be 56.1 mm, throughout. If the hub bore of the Enkei rims are 72.6 mm, then it means you need to buy 72.6 mm to 56.1 mm hubcentric rings. Think of the spacers are just an aftermarket extension.

    1) Vehicle's actual knuckle/hub assembly (56.1 mm)
    2) Aftermarket spacers (56.1 mm throughout)
    3) Hubcentric rings (72.6 mm to 56.1 mm)
    4) Enkei rims (72.6 mm)

I've never actually seen a hubcentric spacer before, meaning the spacer would have an inner diameter of 56.1 mm, and an outer diameter of 72.6 mm. If they exist, it's new to me, however, I haven't done research on the matter before.
