Stand Alone Options

I know not many will chime in on this...

But for those of you who are running stand alone systems....

What are you running? How do you like it?

I've run a Megasquirt 1 stand alone before, but other than that I'm not very familure with my options.

Whats important to me is
-speed density tuning (no MAF)
-boost control
-launch control
-flat shifting
-possibly meth injection
-car pc for on the spot tuning / adjustments / more gauges

I was able to do all of this with Megasquirt...however MS is kind of an entry level stand alone system...with bugs lol. I'm looking for something a little more powerful and blah blah blah

I'm doing a monster build on an old Legacy. 257 stroked block, etc....aiming for around 550 to the wheels.

And thats expensive! lol

How much will you be selling your AEM for?

I am a big fan of AEM V2 and having used pretty much everything out there, I like the AEM for the Support and the ease and understanding of the software. There is pretty much anything you can do and it is truly a plug and play unit. There is a tremendous knowledgebase of information so you will not be wanting for help and support. Plus it comes fully loaded and capable so you won't have to purchase upgrades to unlock features. You can find them on the internet for as little as $1400 if you look hard enough.

Hydra is another one I have used and like. Very intuitive software
