Question about cold weather starting with larger injectors

I plan on doing some power upgrades in the near future and upgrading the fuel system is something I'll e starting with.

I'll do a top feed conversion for my 2005 STi, then install 1200cc injectors. I already have a Walbro fuel pump which should help. Also, I've heard mixed comments on whether stock fuel rails can handle anything over 400+ hp. Comments on that?

Here's the question. In Minnesota, it gets down to below zero in the winter. Has anybody had any cold starting issues with the larger injectors in really cold weather?

Thanks

I've only heard of, and personally had, issues of cold starts using E85. Are you going to run E85, or gas? You'll definitely have some issues if use the corn juice, but ive heard that it can be helped a lot by properly tuning it out for startup and idle fueling/timing in cold weather.
