I got it around when their custom harness and custom bracket released. I'm not sure when it was actually. I don't have an order number/date. What for might I ask?
I spoke with Nick Nazzaro sales & marketing director, we never got around the subject about replacing ALL prior orders. He was polite and very courteous about what I had to say. He didn't seem hesitant to give me a new v2 harness. Probably because he knew it wasn't my fault what happened, neither the people who assembled it. It was a simple design flaw. No fault I guess!
