Thanks I'm still trying to perfect the sushi rice flavor though. I used rice vinegar, salt, and sugar in that attempt but am researching other options. I plan on doing tuna, salmon sushi with shrimp tempura rolls next time.Look like a pro sushi chef

Do you have a recipe you really like? I'd like to make Cevapi with some ground venison!
I'm sure I could, but I don't know if I'd get the seasonings correct. Recipes you find online for stuff like that aren't always so authentic.
