Hello Everyone,

Feels good to join this forum with my fellow STI lovers.

My name is Brian Cooke and I currently own a 2006 Subaru WRX STI, which is my second STI project car. I picked this car up about 4 months ago. The car had 61,000 miles on it, but it was extremely clean and it was stock. I had a mechanic check it out before purchasing and it was given the clean bill of health, so I jumped on it and bought my second STI :).

I currently reside in Wilmington, De. Although I am from Glen Mills, PA, only 25 minutes away.

Look forward to any future activity on this forum.

Thanks for the hospitality everyone. Let me me clarify that I do not currently own two STI's. I sold my first one 5 years ago and I have missed it dearly, so I am slowly getting back into the tuner scene. My daily is a 2011 Toyota Camry SE V6 (This car is no slouch lol) and my new toy is obviously the 2006 STI. :D

Couple months back I purchased a Blitz Nur Spec R CatBack and the new Cobb AP V3 and had I tuned it to Stage 1 93 octane for a couple months.

On Friday I got a pro-tune at R/T Tuning. I dropped it off Wednesday night so that they can install the parts that I had ordered. Andy from R/T Tuning is the man and has been working on Subarus for the past 15 years.

Welcome!

The car could have made over 400 ft/ibs of torque, but I still have the stock fuel system. That is the next modification..top feed with 850cc fuel injectors and Walbro 255 fuel pump.

We were blown away with those numbers for a stock VF39 and stock fuel system. I was hoping for 330awhp, but ended up with 341awhp :D.

Oh and it feels just a little quicker then the Camry lol. Believe it or not that Camry is fast and can actually handle fairly well lol
