Buying new toy

My mind is 99% made up on this 2004 Subaru Impreza S WRX STi MY04 All Wheel Drive 74000km $19k. I know it's 195kw at 6000rpm can anyone suggest afew mods to get the kWs up without making it a complete cop magnet?

- Stock EJ207 SEMI-FORGED with 6 Speed Gearbox + Brembo Brakes
- GARRETT GT2781R turbo (very quick spooling turbo). Been tuned at 193 KW at the wheels at 18 psi.
- Genuine C Spec Turbo mount
- Apexi Electronic Boost Controller (tuned with high boost 18psi, and low boost 13psi)
- Stainless 3 inch turbo back exhaust with A REMOTE OVAL VAREX MUFFLER (no Problem with cops)
- BLITZ Front mount Intercooler
- Cold Air Intake with High Flow Air Filter
- Perrin Silicone Intake
- Hyperflow Oil Catch Can

Suspension/Wheels/External:
- BC BR street coilovers 8kg/6kg
- Black Velocity 18? x 9.0 wheels with 235/40 MICHELIN (approx 70% tread remaining)
- Perrin 24mm Front sway bar.
- Custom Black headlights WITH 4300 K HID
- Full body kit with front Bumper Lip

In car
- 2 x Defi gauges on the A pillar (Boost/ oil temp)
- 7" Pioneer DVD player (with IPOD / IPHONE connector / charger)
- Kartboy short shift kit
- GREDDY turbo timer

Recently Done:
- Brake, Gear Box and Diff Oils REPLACED
- Engine Coolant replaced with new Thermo Stat.
- New Blue Radiator Hoses..
- New Brembo brake pads front and rear REPLACED.
- Red Hella Horns.
- Air-Conditioning service and Re-gas
