Looks normal. Compares to mine. Though my add pack seems a bit higher (cal, phos, zinc, mag)
It looks like some unknowns so its hard to tell. Your mileage seems to be missing and the mileage on the oil.
Blackstone actually gives you a report describing what looks good or bad.
Overall it looks ok to me. (Comparing to mine)

the cars mileage is 88,xxx the oil had about a total of 300-400 miles on it and one hell of a track day. the reason I got the analysis was because the car overheated and all of my other diagnostics came back good, and thought maybe heads were lifting so looking for excess water in the oil. what is missing when you say there are some unknowns?

You answered the unknowns.
Mileage seems low for the amount of iron and others and the lower additives but you had a track day so that might make up for the wear metals and reduced additives.
