This happened to a evo on Ponce, PR. I was amazed at first... then an overall sense of laughter took over. lol

The right hand strap was melted by the wastegate. Fail.

I would own that shop if it happened to me. Literally.

Its fairly common for Evo's to melt straps up front with the manifold setup and such. Shops have to be super careful when strapping them down.
