Just thought I'd chime in again and see how everything was going with you guys - and to give an update as well.. I haven't had any issues with my headlights since I wrote the tutorial, no water no nothing.. They're holding up great.. I'm actually quite surprised by it considering it was done around 07-21-2011! Also some people prefer to use a heat gun instead of an oven, safer of course but would take longer..
