Upgrade to 4.1.3 for security

We are about to upgrade the forums to version 4.1.3 which is a security patch upgrade. However, with each upgrade, I have to redo our design skins to match the new version. So expect some visual discrepancies as we update. I will not update until I have everything backed up and everything ready to go. But the forums will go off line during the upgrade process. I hope that only takes about 15 minutes.

Upgrade is now complete. Please report all problems with font colors, visibility, etc. in Skins (design options), here. Please report any technical problems here as well.

Awesome thanks for doing that buddy. I'll keep an eye out... which is hard be cause my work PC is STILL on IE6 and makes the forum look like a Picasso. :rofl:
