A Cheap Turbo

Turbo bearing went out so im buying a new one, since Im tapped out from slowly bringing my bugeye back to good health I found a Godspeed 16g turbo for $350 with a one year warranty. I figure it will be good for the year and give me time to collect more money for a good quality turbo. Opinions?

It should make around a stock sti power but for that cheap to have a running car + save for a good setup....I think it's smart. You might only get 275-300 tops if/when you sell it but it's not THAT big of a loss anyways. I say go for it if you are doing the installing. I hate paying for labor on something easy like that.

I appreciate the info, ive been stressing over this decision all night. At least the new one comes with a warranty. And 250 to 275 is my short term goal until a motor swap so this should work. thanks.
