Air Bag Light

I started my car this morning and everything started just fine, however after about 30 seconds I realized my Air Bag light would not go off. I know this isn't detrimental to how the car will operate, however I am one of those guys that HATES to see lights on the dash that should not be lit up. Anyone know what would cause this, or how to clear it? I'm debating on disconnection the battery to see if that may clear it. Any other suggestions?

Disconnecting the battery has cleared this light.. We shall see if it is temporary or permanent. Any ideas why this would randomly come on?

An issue with the air bag system or computer. they technically are supposed to have a diagnostic run like every 5yrs or so IIRC. My fix was disassembling the clear plastic cover and a sliver of electrical tape. But then again, my air bag system is non-existant.

It only happens when I launch my car and play around pretty hard on it. Then after a few weeks, the light goes off.
