AP Manager can't find the AP...

I'm having issues connecting my Cobb AP to my computer. It's a V2 Sub-001. The AP Manager is updated to the latest firmware. The computer recognizes the AP. The AP Manager can't connect to the AP. It states that it's trying to load the AP information, but it stops after about 30 seconds since it cant find it. What's my issue here?

It's probably been over 5 years since I've had an AP, but I doubt anything changed. Not sure why it's not connecting.

Found my answer:

The V2 Accessport is currently only compatible with USB 2.0 ports. If your computer does not have USB2.0 ports, a USB2.0 hub to connect the Accessport to the computer will work. For any questions, please contact our support team at 866-922-3059 or support@cobbtuning.com. The V3 Accessport is USB 3.0 compatible.

My comp only has USB 3.0... :(

I managed to updated the AP and get the latest maps from an old desktop I had laying around that only had USB 2.0.
