Bad cobb tune? or other problem.

I'm running a cobb stage 2+aem (lwg) in my gr (invidia cattless turbo back and an aem intake) My fuel injectors and fuel pump are running 100% duty cycle. My Afr is rich and target boost is 18 it spikes to 21 sometimes). If I do a 3rd-4th pull engine will cutout going into 4th.

Its probably the off the shelf map paired with a cat less down pipe, and intake. Cobb maps aren't set for cat less anything, and running cat less can lead to boost creep, which may be the answer to your car cutting out going into 4th gear. Id get a pro tune asap then you shouldn't have any problems, just take it easy until the tune.. or at least try to.

Not to disagree with you but I'm disagreeing with you :lol:... A catless downpipe can indeed cause boost creep or spiking on a OTS map and even on a LWG map, as well as cat inefficiency codes. Not always but it does happen. I have seen this on my own car a number of times.

Protune seems to be the logical solution.
