help cant push caliper piston in

i cant push the caliper piston back in to change the pads and there is some liquid around the pisotn but not enough to drip. what should i do or whats going on? help me. thanks

Why won't it push in? You open the cap up top?

How are you moving the pistion in?

i tried with my hand. then with a flat head screw driver. its the same way i have always done it when changing my pads on this car.
