How do i make my stock 96 version 3 sti quicker without too many mods or just make it quicker with a tune? What do i do?

Never really looked into the older cars since we dont have them available in the states. I would assume its the same and i doubt cobb makes one for those early years. As far as tuning would go i would say protune + turboback exhaust would be the best bang for the buck.

Find yourself a way to modify engine parameters. I am pretty sure you can tune using open source but alot of alternatives for older subaru's out there are motec and halltech. Once you get that then start with exhaust and move to injectors and turbo.
