Does California Smog Emissions Check The File Name Or Actual Tune?

I live in California and have to register my car soon.

I dont have any check engine lights.

All of my smog equipment is there (swapped stock cat for high flow cat on DP)

My Cobb AP came with a carb EO sticker for stage 1 and stage 1 +.

I know they check for tunes, but I was wondering if I rename my pro-tune file the same filename as the Cobb stage1 files name would it know the difference?)

Or does their machine look at the tune's details rather than its filename on the ECU?

I don't think I can put my car back to stock tune even if i put all of my stock parts on because I rebuilt the engine with Wiseco pistons that bumped the compression and performance valve job, Cobb 20g turbo, the 1050s, fuel system / Manly rods / ARP head studs, etc.

So I dont think it'll run right with the factory / Cobb OTS tune.

I have a carb EO sticker for stage 1 and a stage 1+ tune from Cobb.

I know a tech that will overlook the visuals.

I'm just curious if the machine looks at the actual tune itself or the file name because I can change my protune to the same filename as Cobb stage 1 tune.
