So most forums have the same ole people that know how to post. Sometimes we get noobs that need help. This is the simplest write up on how to do this.
1) Go to a photo hosting website. (List will be below of some of the sites that are the best)

? www.flickr.com
? www.imageshack.us
2) Once your there you upload your photo to the website. It may take a minute or two depending on the size and file type.
3) After the photo is uploaded, you then find your photo and different "codes" will come up. You will need the
code. That is the code that you will insert in here and when you post will come up as the picture. (Below is an example of my photobucket with the IMG code circled and what will show up once you post the code.)
