Pulling Heads, step by step?

Hey guys, I am to the point where I want to start tearing down the motors to see what damage there is. I would like to know what things I have to look out for or what the most efficient method is for removing the heads and other internals? I planned to just follow the manual but figured some experience might get this done quicker and better. Thanks for any thoughts or steps to take.

yes it is, I think I got my questions answered, but I thought I would ask encase there were any tricks to make things easier going back on.

Far as engine break-down it is pretty easy and the manual should get you through it ok. If you have any problems do not be afraid to contact us 724-543-1315 is our shop phone and 724-525-6561 is my cell phone. Far as putting the engine in unhook the pitch stop mount if you havent already and get the transmission up as far as it will go then work it all in once everything is slid together and down in place you can hook the pitchstop back up. also make sure to put the clutch fork in place as it is going together...
