I got the fog light surrounds out and I looked on the inside of the bumper at the side air vents. It appears that these have been taken out before because there are only 2 clips when I'm pretty sure there are supposed to be three. Another thing is it looks like there is some sort of epoxy holding them in place? I don't think this was done from the factory but maybe someone could shed some light on this for me.
