Transmission Synchros

My 4th and 5th gear tranny synchros are going out. I want to get a set of synchros
and replace them all at the same time. Do any of you guys carry upgraded, hardened
gear synchros?

Also, idk if any companies do this, but I wonder if I could get a tranny crated to me
and I'd ship my tranny back to them for a partial rebate.
