What size do I need??

I have an 08' STI Hatch and just lowered it on Tein springs. I am running stock 5 spoke STI wheel 18x8.5 I believe. Now that it is lowered I need to go wider to fill in the fender. I don't really understand off set so not sure what I should go with to give me that "full" look without having problems rubbing. Any when suggestions would be great! I am married and have 4 kids so I can't go crazy here. lol Thanks!

+35mm to +42mm generally on a 8.5, 9 or 9.5 inch wheel.
This depends on how low you are. Tires also come into play.
