wheels fitment on sti 2011

i would like to get some information of wheels fitment~!
i m using 18'x9J et 40 on my 2006 sti , can i put these on a 2011/12 STi 10.5?
its fit?

Well the lug pattern are the same being 5x114. As far as clearance goes, i have no idea.

Yes, an 18x9 et 40 will fit just fine on the newer cars.
