So im a local to import image racing. And when they sold Hershey, the buyer wanted a mint, non race car interior. So ahmed (IIRs main guy) and josh (owner of IIR) contacted me. I had evoX front seats and rear seats reupholstered to match. Here was the deal:
My seats, all 4, seat belts and brackets, all 4....for hersheys sparco racing seats, cage, amd harnesses.......straight up.....LIKE WHAT!?!?!?!?!. HELL YA!

So I spent 2 days at IIR swapping everything. The rear seat delete was a bit half ass in Hershey, so I made my own with home depot carpet. Heres some pics.

honestly it was actually about an even deal. sorry to burst your bubble. those evox seats go for around 1k. those sparco sprint seats are about 300 each, so 600, the roll bar is near as makes no difference 600, so now your at 1200, the harnesses are about 300 for both so 1500 total. then you reupholstered the rear. i'm guessing 200. so your at 1200, plus the seat brackets and belts, figure you could get around 100. so the differential cost is you only 200.

Youre crazy if you think the cage is worth 600. Try 2k.

Edit: just looked it up. Maybe not 2k, but more than 600 by far.
Double edit: and I bought the car with the interior already in it, so zero money out of pocket.

looks awesome!

You can save a few pounds by taking that dumb bar out from the under-seat area. IIRC its to support fat people and make the seat more comfortable for them. I think it weighs ~12 lbs?

Anyways, heres the bar i'm talking about:

nah, dont think so. I recall an at-length discussion in another forum a while back. IIRC it ended up with the following conclusion: it wonld only help with torsion and the welds on the tabs are crappy and wouldnt hold up well, and its connected to some thinnish sheet metal. Plus the manual calls it a "seat support bar" or something like that.
