Autocrossers, Inc., the WDCR chapter club, has released its 2011 schedule.

Registration opens about a month in advance of the autocrosses. The Evolution School registration is handled by Evolution Performance (http://www.evoschool.com/).

Well, the 4/17 Evolution School is filled now, and a waitlist is in effect.

The 7/10 date became a conflict with the mother club (WDCR) when they put their schedule out. Since there are no more available dates at Blue Crabs Stadium, AI is looking into hosting another Evolution Performance School on that date.

Registration for the first event of the year will open on 3/23. All registration is through DLBRacing.com.

$35 for SCCA members, $45 for non-members. That extra $10 that you are paying is for a weekend (temporary) membership that will get you $15 off a full year SCCA membership if you decide to join.

From the registrar :

Due to limited time on the lot for this event we have made some changes to the schedule. Registration and tech will open at 7:45 and 8:00AM, respectively and we are shooting for first car off at 9:15AM.

In order to accommodate the reduced time we have the event will be limited to a total of 90 entrants. We will be running 2 heats and are expecting to conclude competition by 12:30PM.

AI appreciates everyone's understanding with these changes. Please contact the registrar if you have any questions or concerns.

Good to see so many Subies at the event on Saturday!

Registration is already open for the 5/14 event. This is a "double header" where you get runs in the morning and the afternoon (course will be "flipped" for the afternoon runs), and lunch at the stadium is included in the entry.

If you are feeling a little autocross-deprived, there is also an event on 5/15 at FedEx Field with the WDCR-SCCA.
