haha thats the same idea i had. maybe i seen it once upon a time and had it stuck in my head and though i came up with the idea lol.
except i would add a plate connecting the two braces going to the floor. Of course i had to dig around after getting some ideas and found this bad boy, would be legit if i could fab something up like this but thats going to be hard as not only is this one beautiful its fully adjustable... what would happen if you make one of these solid instead of adjustable? not that you can adjust it much any ways. think its more so you can install it easier.
