I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS BETTER FOR MY 06 STI CATS OR NO CATS AND WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?

They each have pros/cons.

With cats you'll (probably) stay 100% street legal.
With no cats you'll (probably) get a little more power and save a little weight.

Cats= quiet, street legal. But restrictive.
