Whats up guys ive been on the facebook group page for a long time and im just now signing up.....i know terrible haha im currently living in western Kansas im originally from Lancaster, Pa i bought my first Subaru at age 20 in April 2011 a 2004 Wrb STI with about 72k only aftermarket things on the car was a full Invidia tbe street exhaust, mishimoto radiator and a cobb ap. i started running the stage 2 map the first day i got it this is what the car looked like when i got her (sorry if the pics are garbage)
and here some from the TST Sonic meet
picked up a 07 sti trunk wanted to switch it up and rock the wing for a while
About a year and 8 months later i wanted something that i didnt have to make payments on and i could start build so i started looking around figured i wouldnt be able to afford anything "STI" so i was in search of a Bugeye, i came across a post back in November "10 sec wrx part out"
some of you might know this car its dug-e-fresh's 600hp turd
Fully loaded 2002 Wrb wrx with 80k miles $2000 (bought the shell only)
Went back to PA in December for Christmas with the family, made the short trip to Maryland to go pick her up
Brought both cars out to Kansas with me
bought some goods for the STI
Started swaping some parts from Bugeye to the STI
fitting the STI with the bugeye's kyb agx and perrin springs
Alittle lower, took the sag out of the rear (present date)
coming up on 2 years of owning the STI and i put on about 8,000 miles
currently working on the bugeye ***LOOK FOR THE BUILD PAGE COMING SOON***
^Just bought a Cummins so this is currently how the car sits for now :/
Searching through Doug's threads and read that the wrx was in Sport Compact Car magazine and of course all my issues i had disappeared found a guy on Nasioc that had the issue and sent me a pic pretty cool i think!
