Header install and hoisting the engine

I have a 1-piece header that totally foiled me on a jack-stand install.

I have a friend with an engine hoist. How difficult/involved a process is it to jack the engine a bit to get the header in?
Are there any good how-tos on doing something like this?

You don't need to hoist the engine. Just undo the passenger side engine mount and lift a tad bit from that side. Then wiggle it up and it should fit. That's how I did mine.
