I'm new to this forum crap so bear with me. OBD2 port problems ?

I've got a 2015 STi and my OBD2 port seems to not be working but usually if thats the case the cigarette lighter won't work as well. I can't find a blown fuse and I really need to my accessport to reflash my tune. Any suggestions?

I can't find any blown fuses. I'm currently sitting here pulling every single fuse and they're all good lol
