McGard Lugnuts are awesome!

McGard isnt a vendor or tuner so I'm putting this here.

I ordered a set of black McGard Splinedrive lugnuts less than a year ago. They've held up great but I noticed a few weeks ago that 2 of the 20 were loosing their color. I called up McGard and they asked me to mail them the 2.

A couple weeks later I recieved not 2 but 20 new lugnuts! Thats $100 worth of lugnuts.

Amazing customer service. I talked to the rep again and they said that its routine for them to replace them all.

So I now have 18 spare lugnuts which is awesome. :tup:

They are totally worth it. The cheaper ones finish flakes off. These ones havent flaked or shown any kind of wear. The two that were fading looked like a chemical reaction.

I had a lug nut fly off my car at 30mph when a stud broke last year. I founded it next to a curb 15 feet from the lane I was in.

There was basically no damage to the finish other than a small spec the size of a pen dot.

Me thinks I'll be buying some in the near future. Do they have the non spline style lug nuts? Volk/Rays lugs are expensive.
