Mustang problem

I know it's not subie related, but, I'm helping a Navy guy out as the barracks doesn't have garages. He has his 2006 mustang in here trying to replace the clutch. We have the trans unbolted from the bell housing, and the bell housing from the motor. Both are separated about an inch, yet stuck. It moves side to side easily, but not up and down, all harnesses are removed, all bolts removed. This transmission will not come off further. Anyone have an idea? We have tried Google and evidently no one has removed a 4.0 v6 trans. All we can find is v8 and they use a fork with external slave and more trans bolts where some are trans and bell housing as one unit. I need help! Two days with a dead ford in the garage, I'm starting to feel a bit redneck!!

Nevermind. Youngin said there was 8 bolts holding it in, low and behold, there's 9. A tiny little 10 mm bolt up top. I haven't gotten into it because of my back. Then he set camera to video and ran it up in inside, boom. Bolt. Ugh.
