TGV delete

Hi all,

I bought my 2006 STI, EJ25, with TGV delete already done.
As this was not done by me I am not up to date with the pro's and con's of this modification.

Should I consider getting it back?
Other modifications;
Turbo back 76mm exhaust with HKS Silent Hi-power muffler.
Manly pistons
Stock ECU remapped for modifications

Location: South Africa, so cold weather is not really an issue, and the car sleeps in a closed garage, but the cold start is very load, until she settles on 1000rpm

TGV is only for smog and is a major restriction in the intake system of subaru. Pretty much theres a metal divider as well as a butterfly valve in the path of the intake flow which is deleted.

Keep it deleted since it's all around good for the powerband.
